Production Time

All apparel and physical products are printed on demand through Printify. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days within the United States. At this time we only ship domestically.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

NERDY&NICE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.

// RETURNS & REFUNDS

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products

Because all physical products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or color preference. However, if you ordered the wrong size, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to accommodate a size exchange. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with Printify to send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate.
